Here we show you a high-level overview of the client experience success steps when partnering with us.
Building that very first home is an exciting time and our team will guide you through all the steps, keeping you informed at each milestone and providing support for you the entire way.
1. Online Pre-Assessment
Establish your current financial situation and determine your borrowing capacity.
2. First Appointment
Meet our experienced team of finance and property experts to discuss your goals including your desired location and must have inclusions.
3. Second Appointment
Meet with our Finance broker and provide the required documentation including current payslips.
4. Property Selection & Contract Signing
The property team will present the selections chosen in accordance with your buying capacity.
Once you have selected your new home an expression of interest/contract documentation will be presented for signing to secure your selection.
5. Unconditional Stage
Once your home loan is approved you can officially celebrate becoming a new home owner.
6. Land Settlement
Legal documentation is signed, and funds transferred. Construction will commence shortly thereafter. Loan repayments will now begin as you are the new proud owner of your dream home.
7. Construction Commences
Construction will take approximately 5-7 months (weather permitting). Photos and progress updates will be provided with each progress payment.
8. Property Handover
Construction is complete and you can now collect your keys and begin your new home ownership journey. Welcome home!
